Hobby Xmas Presents

So what did you give and recieve this year to/from your loved ones that will fight on the tabletop?

This year the red Archon Santa brought me Imperial Armour 11, the 'Eavy Metal Masterclass book and Brush Set.

I added an Annihilation Barge to my friend Jon's Necron army, let's hope it doesn't shoot down too many Venoms.

I am ever-so-slowly starting to build my first Necron army for my son and I to use, so from my family I received a Command/Annihilation Barge and a Ghost/Doomsday Ark.

I also got a new hobby mat as the old had 5 years' worth of abuse, and some disposable palettes.

After the issues with Maelstorm and GW the Dark Eldar Megaforce was basically gone completely....however the boyfriend got me it for Christmas!

So basically I don't need to buy anything til probably 1000+ points =D

Whereas, I gave him both the Finecasts Doombull and Malagor for his Beastmen Army :]

I got a Raider, Ravager and Talos to add to my army (which should be sufficient to get to 1500pts when they are finished) and some GW giftvouchers

I'm airbrush shopping

....... and IA Apoc 2ed magically appeared in my mailbox today, yay!

Hmmm, what to build first .......... ?

I managed 5 khymera, 1 of each of the court of the archon, a unit of FW shadow spectres, their exarch, their phoenix lord and IA11!

all I got was a stupid carin wraith... and a gift card

But seriously... I cant wait for the new vamps... Im just saving my money

For my kabal I only got a ravager - however, I also got a dwarf cannon and grey knights to convert into Darksteel Marines.

I got an army transport and foam (not for DE, it will serve my Orks - who up until now have mostly been using some old foam, bubble wrap, and an old Wood Elf Army Box.

Kenny, from this site, sent me 4 old Warp Beasts and an old Beastmaster just because I'd mentioned I'd liked the models - which was *awesome*

I got myself a few things...

I gave away my secret acrhon gift here, plus two Venoms, a mini handful of melta guns (I think we'll all agree this was a solid gift ), and a Big Mek w. Shokk Attack Gun.

solid grab on the old warp beasts and beastmaster. Ive just rebased them and been using them as kymerea (which is what everyone is doing...) But I havent found a use for my old beastmaster yet (as Ive been using old hellions as the new beastmaster) maybe Ill make her a succubus or something... although all of my ICs are converted somehow except for my HB/ST guy

It's a Revell Masterclass compressor and a Harder & Steenbeck Evolution airbrush.

Now I only have to learn how to use the bloody thing :p
