Hi,
Is there a good way of removing heads from already glued models? The warriors heads are well secured in the collar and are hard to budge with a knife without damaging the model.
Thanks,

i find that grabbing the head and twisting till the neck snaps works wonders...
seriously that's how i re-headed my beastmasters(hellions), i plastic glued them in place and had to break the head to switch them. then green stuff the new head on.

What glue did You used? Plastic "glue" (one that melt plastic together) or Super Glue?
If latter then You probably can *just* snap his neck... I mean break miniature with fingers. Plastic glue shouldn't be harder to break, but You can damage glued area.

This. Had to do this a couple of times - DON'T use pliers though, you'll end up with scoring and weirdly squished heads.

... I feel stupid. Should have tried it first before getting the knife.
One was a more troublesome customer, I ended up with the model 4 pieces, head, torso, legs glued to base and hands holding the gun.
