| I've only done a couple of CWE, one quick test of my planned scheme on an old mini, and one Warp Spider (I want all the traditional colours for my Aspect warriorts). Here's the test mini: | |

| It's a little rough as the mini had been primed badly by the previous owner, and I was testing to see if I needed to strip the others - I do as this primer messes up the wash. | |

| It looks bad? I think it looks great in the pictures. (Alot better an anything I could do.)
I can't seem to put my finger on what you mean about it not coming out good. Maybe its the picture and I am not seeing the model as a whole or something.

| It's a personal thing, but I'm not sure I'd go with the cream shuriken catapult with white armour, perhaps red to go with the helmet might look more striking? | |

| I really like the clean and strong choices of red and white. It looks really good, though I'm with TBE on this one-the neutral bone-colored catapult looks off. Might try a black catapult highlighted with Shadow Grey? | |

| I thought about a red catapult, but thought it's too much red on the model and getting closer to Saim Hann. Black has the a similar issue as red - it's took much for the model...it's tough.. :S
I think the cream is growing on me though - is it because it doesn't go or because it's not familiar? I'm not sure.

| my concern is that the cream and the white are both base colours, i'd go with one or the other, but not both, could go with a light grey for the catapult? | |

| Been on a bit of a buying spree lately - just bought more Guardians, tanks and a Wraithknight - as soon as my house move is done, I'll be resurrecting this project.
Does anyone have any of the old metal Guardians with plastic arms and melta/fusion guns they wish to sell?
