Fellow Archons!
Since we do have a chat now and have a calendar maybe we can arrange some sort of conference?
With a set of number of questions ranging from tactics to Dark City improvement.
I think this sort of thing can bring more involvment from all of us and in the end improve Dark City and every one who prefer to launch slave raids from its ports.

It is a good suggestion.
I find that at the moment suggestions for The Dark City improvement are best found in the Feedback forum and you can find much talk of tactics in Tactics.
A conference in the Chat could work however, though I will leave it to others to arrange and trial to see if it works.
