Most expensive ($) army possible

I was stalking eBay earlier for Dark Eldar earlier and noticed a £900 BIN commission based auction where someone pro paints an army in a month.

They let you choose the list (1500) and they buy the models which is fully inclusive in the £900 - let's look at abusing this slightly..

Now, what is the most expensive 1500 list possible?

Seeing as Khymerae are made of solid gold I'd assume they'd be a solid bet to feature in there. I'm off to find my Codex. Let me know what you guys think.

You assume they will buy models from GW, not just cast them from examples that can be provided by friends and sellers at FLGS.

Such situation is perfectly possible in my parts.

Even if they can get them from non-GW sources there is still he question of what are the most valuable models that can be requested. Even from 3rd party sources the expensive models tend to stay the more valuable ones - and if you have sources where this doesn't hold true please share them
