new player needs help with list

So heres the list:

Archon:
Agoniser, Blast Pistol, Clonefield, Haywire Grenades, Phantasm Grendade Launcher

9 Incubi:
Klavex, Onslaught

5 Trueborn
3 Shardcarbines, 2 Splinter Cannons

3x5 Kabalite Warriors
Splinter Rifles

Raider (for Archon and Incubi):
Disintergrator, Flickerfield, Night Shield

4 Venoms (1 for true born and 1 for each unit of warriors):
Flickerfield, Night Shields, Splinter Cannon

2 Ravagers:
3 Lances, Flickerfield, Nightshield, and torment grendade launchers

Its my first list so no need to be gentile, let me know what you think.

Give him a shadowfield also a splinter pistol

9 Incubi:
Klavex, Onslaught
I would reduce this squad to 5 standard incubi no klavex. 9 is overkill and is asking to be shot at next turn
5 Trueborn
3 Shardcarbines, 2 Splinter Cannons
Only run shardcarbines and cannons if you plan on taking the Duke. instead i would suggest you make it a 3-4 blaster squad or a 1-2 dark lance sniper squad

3x5 Kabalite Warriors
Splinter Rifles
These need a blaster

Raider (for Archon and Incubi):
Disintergrator, Flickerfield, Night Shield
Run dark lances and get rid of the nightshields

4 Venoms (1 for true born and 1 for each unit of warriors):
Flickerfield, Night Shields, Splinter Cannon
solid choice but get rid of the nightshields

2 Ravagers:
3 Lances, Flickerfield, Nightshield, and torment grendade launchers

you dont need the launchers or nightshields i would get a 3rd ravager or a voidraven

The main problem with the list is the lack of anti-tank once those ravagers go down you have a range of 18 which is going to make you vulnerable to enemy fire.
