| Okay, thank you everybody for the feedback.
So I have began to construct a 2000 point list, and so far I have only got up to 1550. Here is what I have so far:
Haemonculous, 7 Wyches W/ Hekatrix. Agoniser, Shardnet. Raider, 220
Haemonculous, 7 Wyches W/ Hekatrix. Agoniser, Shardnet. Raider, 220
Haemonculous, 7 Wyches W/ Hekatrix. Agoniser, Shardnet. Raider, 220
Ravager Flickerfield, 115
Ravager Flickerfield, 115
Ravager Flickerfield, 115
5 Trueborn, Shardcarbines, Venom, S.Cannon, 150
5 Trueborn, Shardcarbines, Venom, S.Cannon, 150
5 Trueborn, Shardcarbines, Venom, S.Cannon, 150
What do you recomend changing and adding to make it equal 2000 points and effective against marines?

| First, and unless you fight against all-infantry space marines armies, I'd recommend you to switch those trueborns to blasterborns (3-4 with blasters).
7 wyches=good; 9 wyches=better
Add a Liquifer Gun and a venom blade to your Haemonculi! It's cheap and effective: with the liquifer you may have AP1-3 half of the times you shoot, and if you want you can go and charge with the wyches or stay in the Raider and flame units to death from there.
To reach 2000 points... switch a ravager for a razorwing (really usefull against devastators due to its missiles' range), change 1 trueborn squad for some Incubi in a Raider...
Another option: 10 wracks with 2 liquifers in a raider. More Marine Melted Flesh!! MMMF!!!! LOL gruesome!! Durable and scoring...

| Eldur, even though the concept of Blasterborn is nice I do face far too many troops and Deathwing to worry about blasters. The biggest threats I have from vehicles are a couple of Landspeeders or a venerable Dread that has a rather nasty Plasma Cannon.
I do have a Razorwing, and I may give it a go, thanks.
I have some incubi, but I have found from experience that having enough to fit in a Raider with no IC added is just a waste of points. I've found that five is a good number, although I may deploy them in a Raider along with my Archon.
Thanks, I'll add Liquifiers to the Haemonculi. I haven't tried them before as they are a bit of a gamble, but I'll test them out in a couple of games and if they don't do too well for me I'll bin them.

| Too many deathwing you say? Even with Stormshields they don't like Dark weaponry... but yeah a lots of poisoned shots also help 5 incubi+archon in a raider is nice, too! Let me say one foolish thing... 2 units of 5 incubi in venom (dual cannons of course), 1 unit of dakkaborn (maybe with Duke) in venom/raider??? The incubi would help finishing wyche's combats and duke and dakkaborn will shoot out those marines (the venoms help, too). Adjust the Dakkaborn (shardcarbines and splintercannons) unit size to your points, 'cause they can get expensive,.. ¡don't forget about the Duke's Drugs Boost! | |

| Well, with Deathwing I've found that my Incubi with Archon, Huskblade and Shadowfield is really useful. He is expensive, as he also has a blaster, but I've found it very useful. In one game against chaotic soul drinkers, he Insta-killed an obliterator with the Huskblade and turned around to pop the head off of a second with the Blaster. Needless to say, it was a good day. Attatched to Incubi, though, I would probably just not count the Blaster and say it's an elaborate Splinter Pistol. I have considered the Duke with squad of nine Dakkaborn with 2 Splinter Cannons. 33 3+ poisoned shots is rather nice. Hmm, I just realised that this topic has changed my view of the DEldar. My current army is based around Warriors, Raiders, Incubi, Ravagers and Scourges, but now I am considering to shift the dynamic to being mostly CC. | |

The wyches would compliment a Kabal-based army as it will give the army a CC punch and a distraction. For some reason Wyches are nightmares made manifest from the viewpoint of my opponents despite their flimsiness.

| I would strongly recomend loseing the warriors for wytches, except if you want a small scoring unite hidden away, that even you and your enemy are going to forget about. Move them to the objective on your side, preferably so he wont be able to see them and DONT TO A FREAKIN' THING WITH THEM. Once it scared the coce out of my opponents nose, when his one remaining marine was marching toward that point in top of 5th, and when he gets close enough a blaster melted that marine to molten machine spirit. Cheat within the rules and you'll do fine Scourges...well...i duno. I like their meta but their insane points cost is just...well insane. You get a BA assault marine with better survivability for almost the same amount of points - last i checked :S - and my only viable option for them is a suicide tankbuzta role with heatlances. I hope they work better for you. | |

| It's odd, I've always found people have two experiences with Scourges. Like me, some people have found them to easily earn back their points, wheras others find that they get massacred too easily.
I like the Trueborn, as they provide a lot of shots that I have found good for supression of enemy units. I could always add more infantry.
