First off, welcome to the forum, serismeliche!
Secondly, your list does indeed come to 1998. I have serious issues with much of it. From top to bottom
Asdrubael Vect
I think this guys wants an assault unit to go in. He wants a group of Wyches or Bloodbrides that he can add some serious punch to, or a unit of Incubi to make a powerhouse unit. Give the Space Pimp a nice entourage!
Warriors
They need Blasters! The utility of the single Blaster is key for minimized squads. Additionally, their vehicles do not want Night Shields. Night Shields are a situational upgrade- you don't get their benefit every turn, let alone every time an enemy shoots at you. They should only be on very valuable units, and then only if you have the points for them
Trueborn
I'm not sure purely Splinter Cannn equipped Trueborn add much to your army. Your army has a lot of anti-infantry shooting, but not a ton of anti-tank. 3-4 Trueborn with Blasters is popular, and I would suggest at least 2 of those units. Now, I have a good friend who likes to use 3 Blasters and 2 Splinter Cannons per unit, but I find mixed units to be awkward.
Voidraven
Speaking of mixed units...wow. Those Voidravens cost so much, and have such a big target on their head. You could save 40 points each and get a Razorwing with a Flickerfield and Night Shields, which does almost the exact same thing. As a guy who uses the Razorwing, I can tell you the Monoscythe Missiles are all you need. There is no need to pay more than you should. Then, the choice of Dark Lances or Disintegrators is your call. I go full anti-infantry and leave the anti-tank to Warriors and Trueborn
My major suggestions are: 1. Equip your Warriors 2. Drop the Night Shields off of cheap units 3. 1-3 squads of Trueborn with Blasters 4. Voidravens become Razorwings 5. Using the points saved this way, give Vect an entourage.
I recommend this entourage-
4 Incubi
Venom, 2 Splinter Cannons
The small unit size and Venom is to give you a small transport that you can hide behind terrain, completely negating Line of Sight. As it is your only assault unit, it will have a massive target on its head, and hiding is really your best way to protect it.
Have fun shooting with Dark Eldar; hopefully Vect and his crew can seal the deal up close and personal!
