1500 pt list

i am trying to make an effective d.e. list that can be fought with while facing: tau and/or dark angels.
here is what i have, please help with what i should change.

h.q.
lady malys
archon w/ shadow field, combat drugs, haywire grenades. replaced close combat weapon with venom blade
(court of the archon)
2 lhameans, 1 sslyth, 1 medusae, 3 ur-ghuls

troops
(2 units)10 wyches w/ haywire grenades, and raiders. 2 in each squad have hydra gauntlets.
(2 units) 10 k.b. warriors, in raiders.
k.b. warriors, in raider, i has splinter cannon

f.a.
(3 units) 5 scourges, 2 in each unit have splinter cannons.

how can i make it better? i really want to win.

I had just finished writing out a new list that would go well when I realised that your list is not 1500pts. In fact it adds up to 1780pts. Are you looking for a 1750 list or are you after a 1500 point list?

oh, thank you. i guess i meant 1850, and misscalculated. here is my REVISED army list.

differences, 1 squad of kbw's is missing splinter cannon(-10) a wych squad has no hydra gauntlets(-20 if i remember correct) but thanks for the heads-up

Personally I'd drop malys, re equip the archon, drop the court and change other things. Here's what I'd roll.......

really? I personally don't like incubi, usually put hydra gauntlets on the wyches, and NEVER have a hekatrix.

different meta, different need. I wont start talking on how awesome the incubi are, im already doing that in DE Death Star
i realy duno about your meta, but i just cant find the hydra gauntlets useful. I usually use shardnet and if i have the points - usually not - i take razor flails or a nother shardnet. Hekatrix 4+ pw vs MC like Wraitlord or Avatar or Nids...invaluable.

Enfernux is right it all depends on personal taste and meta. I find shardnet the best out of the 3 and I always role a hekatrix with agoniser. Find the power weapon wounds always help.
