Viscount Vermillion

The enigmatic Viscount had a promising career in the dark city until Vects uprising and rise to power forced him to search for new opportunities. Or rather thats the way he would spin it. The truth has twisted and turned throughout the decades, so much so that even the Viscounts own generals don't know the full horror of the tale.

The reality is that Vermillion was only able to escape by means of a shady pact with the ancient xenos organization known only as The Cabal. The ambitious Archon was hungry for power and revenge and sought to use the Cabals resources for his own. But it is the Cabal who holds all the power and Vermillion owes them more than he would ever admit. To that end he executes their plans with all the mastery and guile of his race, biding his time until he can return to Vect and utterly destroy him.

The Cabal supplies him what ever he needs, as long as he complies to their requests. Vermillion leads his Insatiable Blades on real space raids that appear to be random, but are part of a much bigger scheme. His kin care not of his secrets, for those that have dug deep have found themselves an unfortunate end.



Lady Xara Payne

The mesmerizing beauty of the Succubus quickly entranced the Viscount. He never missed any of her duels in the arena and pursued her relentlessly. Xara found his advances amusing, but cared little of them. Until that is the arena turned against her, for Xara was eclipsed in popularity by the upcoming Lelith Hexperax. The Viscount promised her greater arenas and battlefields to hone her skills further, beyond the upstart Lelith. He claimed to have contacts beyond those of the dark City, and exceeding it's reach if she would come with him.

Reluctantly she agreed, and not without the aid of several ostentatious gifts, bribes, and acts of unmentionable lust.

The is my multi-purpose Archon model, made from bits from the Kabalite Warrior box set. I usually use him as my Dread Archon Luseferous (counts as Duke Sliscus - see my fluff), but I also use him as whatever Archon build I need (he carries a soul trap in his pocket )

If you're wondering what he's made from . . .

-body is from the raider crew
-head is a reaver helmet with dire avenger plume added and green stuffed
-agoniser from scourge
-cape is from glade guard and then glade riders
-all the stuff on the base is Wood Elf also.
