| Greetings fellow brothers and sisters, I’m Ed and I'm happy to finally have some time to intro myself on the site.
A little about me, I'm a 40k vet, been in the Hobby for roughly 15 years, since early into the 3rd edition, and loved watching the game evolve with time, culminating in the 6th edition released this month (I ended up getting hold of my new rulebook by chance when walking into a local hobby shop on a whim and grabbing their last copy when I realised the date). I've mainly stuck with 40k becase of the ritch background lore, and got to know it so well I now run a youtube channel dedicated to 40k lore. If you are bored and Have time to kill click on the link below my sig and you to can shout at me for being wrong (am so not BTW).
Moving on to me and the DE, I must admit that in the beginning I was not as pre-disposed to the citizens of commorragh as I am now. As I recall when I got the third edition box set I ended up making all the SMs and cutting the DE into little bits to stick on all my tanks. However, In recent years (mainly when the new codex came out) I realised the error of my ways, moving from the Tyranids (with whom I could never seem to win a game) to the DE and all their poisoned goodness. However, despite having a few models now I still have had only limited game time with the DE (Moving into a city and starting a new job tends to do that). So I’m looking to come here and share in some of the knowledge my fellow players can provide.
Currently I'm set to enter a slow grow at my local games club with a 750 points cap and need to work out the best army list to deal with the inevitable Terminators and Space Cadets.
(Oh, and the reason for my title is that my father collects Craftworld Pansies Eldar, and has always kicked my ass with them, hoping to fight fire with fire with the DE)

| i do believe welcome is in order... there are 2 ways to deal with terminators: a)they are hammernators with 2+3++, so pop their transport and keep out of charge range. b) they are shootinators with 2+5++, so disintegrators will make them roll for 5up, or equiped venom blades will force them to roll a lot of saves, resulting in a few fails. regular space marines are easier. Chop'em up with incubi, or murder their souls with so meny splinter fire, the god emperor will die to it millions of lightyears away...OR you could make them watch the emperor dance to "im sexy and i know it" and just throw them over to KHAOS! or watch them go emo over the fact that the emperor is a giant chicken | |

| Welcome, and enjoy Commorragh, the home of sadistic murder and unapologetic wanton indulgences. | |
