Is the army to simpel to work? Just shoot anything that moves let the dark lances take out anything that might be dangerus.

whats the archons loadout?
trueborn are better off with blasters
do venoms have extra cannons?
give the warriors a blaster to, and a flicker field at least, or if you will move a splinter cannon would be better imho.
i would give all the raiders and ravagers nightshields.

Using DL on trueborns in venom is a bad option imo. blasters >>> DL for this kind of unit ( especially considering the number of DL you have ).

Where is your archon gonna go ? with who ? which wargear ? where are vehicles options ? no splinter racks, no additionnal venom canon, no night shield !

And I personnaly like having at least one CC squad, I find it useful, to have something that can if needed actually tank a bit and/or challenge ennemie's champions.

As far as I see this, its just simple Archon with no gear, no vehicle options (even no additional splinter can. on venoms). Seems he just wanted to put as many DLs as possible.
Also DL trueborns dont have to start in venom, they are good in cover with those lances.

I was thinking that the archon could walk slowly torwards the enemy or hitch a ride with the Trueborns.

A naked archon wil be useless, the strength of the archon is the versatility that the wargear offers.
I think you should drop on of your trueborn unit to stuff your archon and have more blaster per venom. Plus you may be able to take splinter racks on your raiders.

Ok now i have 2 venoms with 4 Trueborn in each with 4 blasters in each i have 49 points left to spend on the Archon, what sould i give him? only shooting weapon i can give is Blast pistol? could give him that and ghostplate and clone field?

if you wanna put him with trueborns, I would say blaster + night field which makes 45 or 50 points, night field is just awesome. you can go for ghostplate if you don't want to spend a lot of points as well, but for a ranged archon forget the clone field.
And no blast pistol, blaster =).
I think your list would be pretty good after making that change, I'm not very very experienced but it seems good to me.

I could drop the Shadow Field and put a 5th Trueborn with Shardcarbine in the other squad and just give Archon a Ghostplate. If so i get 3 more shoots on the other Venom but if the Venom with the Archon gets shoot down hes not semi imortal but with 4+ AS and 6+ inv he sould be able to survive a turn do later get in cover.

a 4+ as is never going to last seening even if you put him in the back and they shoot throught all your trueborn first, that 2+ is your only shot at keeping him alive, and imho if you dont take voidraven bombers your hurting yourself. 4 shatterfeid missles that usualy wound on 2+ reroling is all the anti troop you need and shooting two str9 ap2 (maybe ap1 dont have my codex with me) lance is awesome and it has a str9 bomb with lance. i could take one and make sure your venoms warriors and trueborn were usless and another to take out your Ravagers and have the rest of my list just pick up the slack, I think you have the right idea for your list just stay shooty and stay back untill mid to late game then use your speed to finish it.

I just do not like different weapon roles in units, as you waste fire as you fire them. Give the warriors a splinter cannon and make them anti infantry OR take trueborn and give them antitank weapons, not mix both - on the other hand, everybody else seems to play it otherwise.

i play with options because with our codex im not going to lie if we're not versatile we're going to get rolled on. and with objectives giving us sky fire that one blaster or dark lance (depanding on the unit size) can be the difference in them having a flyer and killing your anti infantry unit or not. dark eldar can do it all so theres no reason to only do some.
