Dark Vengeance - 6th edition starter set & Chaos Marines

When did you order? I didnt see a release date on the site

Ordered on August the twenty fifth, when advanced orders went up.

As it turns out the e-mail that GW sent out was a great lie. My Dark Vengeance sill has not arrived and rumour has it that the only got around to shipping the boxes yesterday.

What is the point in having an advanced order when I could have walked into the GW store this morning and purchased it?
At first I was blaming Royal Mail, as they are known for their lax seriousness when my mail is involved, but now my blame has shifted.

That really sucks. Reminds me of preordering from Game a week before a game's release and receiving it a whole week after it had appeared on shelves everywhere else. It seems the case was the same - the item being dispatched, but not shipped.

Cheers, Siticus. It finally arrived this morning. I now have all of the models stuck together waiting to be primed before I attempt a Sons of Malice army.

I must admit, the models are far more awesome in person.
