| So he has the contraband rule...what exactly is the contraband? Is there only one drug at a time legal in dark eldar fleets? Do most fleets go through imperial customs before beginning their raids? Very strange. Also, in the rule itself the Duke's contraband is described as "one of two compelling reasons the Duke is so very popular with the Wych cults." I wonder what the second is?  | |

| well, when you think about it you have to remember that the reason you roll on the drug chart is because "each drug is only fashionable at a certain time in Commorragh", so him being able to re-roll it means that he is always on the cutting edge of trends  As for the second reason... well... I guess you can figure that out  | |
