I go back and forth on the Flesh guant vs. the scissorhand, the posioned 3+ vs. 4+ is pretty much non-issue since you usually be wounding with your str val, so it comes down to an extra attack or instant death and a 5 point difference.
Agreed with Anggul on the raider upgrades as you are trying to get in close and those raiders are going to pop any way.
I've had almost no luck with haywire blaster and heat lances on the Tallos, but the splinter cannon (which is free) has been usefull every game I gone with them, but your list is really lacking some AT particullrily anit-Air since you going pure coven perhaps an Aegis + Quad gun to be manned by a small unit of wracks with a hex (they can go to ground for a 2+ and have a 5+ FNP) or a unit of scourges with Blasters (though you don't get a lot of lance for your points)
