So... The only Plan I have is to have Haemonculus Infiltrate with the Mandrakes and drop 20 Baleblasts on infantry.
The other thing would be having Archon on Icarus or With the 10 Kabalites.

I don't try for a competitive list right now since i don't know much about how it works out on the tabletop.

dont the mandrakes lose their infilitrate since the Haemy doesnt have it?

Doomseer is correct the Mandrakes will lose Infiltrate if the Haemy joins them on deployment.
There are ways around it such as deploying 12" off the deployment zone and having the Haemy in a transport turn one to move 6" then disembark 6" to join them.

The Archon would be a waste of points with that loadout if you put him behind the ADL but you haven't really provided him a home other than with the Mandrakes.

General notes:
I would try to find the points for PGL's with your Hekatrix. Those things are very handy especially seeing you have such small squads of them you will want to get as many into CC as you can.
I would also personally recommend taking a Quad-gun for the ADL. I find the 4 S7 shots make up for the lose of 2 S but it is a personal preference.

If you want to keep the list with a similar style I would drop the Huskblade, Soul-trap, Scissorhands and 2 Warriors for a Raider on the Warrior Squad.
Start with your ADL 6" forward with the Mandrakes behind it. Turn one you move the raider forward and have the Archon and Warriors disembark behind the ADL. (Have the Archon leave the unit when something comes within range so the Warriors can fire at a separate target to the Gun.)
The Mandrakes board the Raider with the Haemy.
You now have a forward gun placement manned by the high BS Archon with some Warriors to soak fire/ provide AI fire from decent cover. You also have your 20 Baleblast shots in the mobility of a raider.

In my humble opinion, if you’re playing this list, you will lose.

1500pts and 4 skimmers. Those few av10 skimmer will be exploded by the end of turn 2
Taking mandreaks is like shooting yourself in the foot. They are the grates joke of unit in the codex.
If you want splinter fire power, take venoms or trueborn with cannons, not scourges and not 10 naked warriors.

Mandrakes being a joke or not is a discussion for elsewhere. They can work fine if you plan around it. Yes its harder to do and with several flaws but it doesn't mean they can't be an effective part of an army.

Trueborn are not the champion units they once were. Yes they are still good but he already have several Venoms and depending on how he plays it a fair bit of AI fire up the front of his army.
Would Scourges probably be better suited to having some special weapons for dropping behind the enemy, sure. Doesn't mean the answer is a Venom spam list.
