Feedback for 1500 tournament

Going to a tournament this Saturday at the local shop. Only thing I'm worried about is Dark Angels with some primaris and two of the flyers with rift cannons. There's also a thousand son player who I'm a little worried about. Here's the list, I have two venoms, some more Kabalites, and a voidraven I could swap for stuff but I think this is as good as I can make it.

Also, I've never used mandrakes before, tips?

I would definately put 2 more planes instead of the Mandrakes... Never had luck with Mandrakes and their 5+ , they always die after they arrive except if you put them on a Raider. If you had luck then nothing to say except that if you play 10 kabalites, i would take a Splinter Cannon
