Facing 2k Deamons tomorrow

I'm having a "somewhat" friendly game against a friend tomorrow and I'm wondering what you guys thinks about my list.
I'm quite sure I'm up against a fateweaver/screamer/flamers list with 3 soul grinders as heavy choices.

My plan is to reserve all the CW Eldars and pray to some dark muse that my flickerfields will soak up some of the deamons alpha strike. The sucubus and one of the haemonculi will join one of the wych squads and the last haemonculi will go with the last wych squad. These two wych squads and the balster born's primary target are soul grinders.
Rest of the list is quite anti infantry and should be able to do some damage to him despite the fate weaver...

Any other thoughts or tactics?=)

Think you should do fine. Vehicles are good against daemons- make sure you make as little space for his units to deep strike in- play for mishaps! Daemons suffer from dakka in my experiance and gun boats should do fine. Biggest concern is the flamers, they are painful for everything- again just spread and play for mishaps.

Changes, well perhaps load the venoms with splinter cannons trueborn and put haywires on the wyches to deal with soul grinders. I play against daemons quite regularly and find that splinter cannons are great, and reavers, if you have any also do great but in large squads. Think you have to emphasize your mobiity, don't be affraid to fly right away from his units and shoot them as they try to catch up.

you could always try castle-ing using your vehicles as a wall that his flamers won't be able to drop in close enough to do any real damage, and then when they've dropped everything you still have enough mobility to get across the board to whatever he's dropped
