Ways and tactics to kill large groups of infantry with rocket launchers supports

I was wondering how to kill large masses of infantry with some rocket launchers on overwatch. My list of Dark Eldar is as follows:
HQ: Archon (x1)
Elites: Incubi (x5)
Troops: Kabalite warriors (x30)
Wyches (x10)
Heavy support: Ravager
Fast Attack: Reaver jet-bikes (x6)

Is there any particular set-up that would fit? Any wargear that would be good? The points cost usually range from 750 point games to 1000 points. Occasionally I have to deal with a leman russ allies with chaos space marines of nurgle. The infantry is chaos cultists (unknown number), and imperial guard with the rocket launchers. There is also a war-brute.

Reavers with Cluster Caltrops. A full size unit inflicts an average of 12 S4 hits and 10-11 S6 hits on a Bladevane attack, and the IG don't get to Overwatch against it as it's not an assault.

I deep struck my ravager next to the leman russ in the last game I had and I rammed it but it only shook and stunned the leman russ. Almost wrecked it. His leman russ was able to take out a whole squad of kabalites so i was down to 20 left. His cultists started making their way towards my rangers and incubi. The incubi killed a good 6 or 7 cultists before the HQ of the chaos killed them.

That might be the worst use of a Ravager I've ever seen!

Don't charge incubi into swarms of cannon fodder. Wracks with liquifiers do a great job eating cultists.

Anyway, why does rocket launchers on overwatch bothers you ? I think I'm missing something here because RL is far from a good overwatch weapon.

The rocket launchers were sitting high with a majority of squad in cover and they were picking off group of my kabalites not in cover and if you read I dont have wracks. Also the incubi were not cannon fodder. I had them waiting behind cover with my eldar ranger allies. The incubi rushed into the cultists and killed close to 10 of them since there was some chaos space marine HQ with lightning claws I think? The ravager was originally going to shoot at the leman russ but the ramming was more affective then my luck had been going with dark lances. I had 10 kabalites to a squad giving each one a dark lance. The wyches I had were going to sneak up the side of the field but the warbrute mixed with the chaos marines killed them off. And it was not a terrible use of a ravager as i was stuck between a leman russ and a group of imperial guardsmen with heavy weapons.

Need to kill lots of light infantry? You need splinter cannons. Add some to the warrior squads. Venoms & coven troops (haemonculi, wracks, grotesques, talos) would really help too, but i note you have none of those.

Bladevaning with the reavers is a good plan too, as already recommended. They can also use heat lances/blasters on the Leman Russ.

Incubi should stick to going after elite troops, they are likely to be swamped by large units of light infantry.

Wyches plus archon with venom blade can be effective in assault, but are vulnerable to shooting & overwatch. You really need a transport for them.

So to summarise, bladevaning & AI shooting is your best plan with the stuff you have.

Yes I see the point that you made. I am getting more raiders so I will have 3. My army is not very mobile at this point since I am still a new dark eldar player.

I would also like to add that I am currently still in 5th edition and when I said overwatch I was using the term and not the actual rule, sorry for any misconceptions. Also I am noting that my ravager had shot its dark lances after deep striking and it was rendered unable to shoot next turn so the second most useful thing to do with it was ram with the shock prow.
