Large minus to hit

I'm playing a game against my friends completion list on the weekend, so looking to bring the most optimised list I can. But he has asked me to bring a whole lot of neg to hit stuff as that is what he has been struggling against.

Normally I run mostly raiders, as they and my ravagers become similar target priorities that way.
So it got me thinking. How can we get a lot of neg to hit stuff on the table, perhaps as with the largest negs to hit possible for a competive list?

flyers, Venoms and mandrakes, there's not much in pure Drukhari army and if i remember correctly we only have 1 stratagem for that too.

Yeah, -2 is the most that Dark Eldar can get down to. Craftworlders can fairly easily get down to -4.

If he wants to play against a lot of negative hit modifiers and you want to play purely Dark Eldar, I'd suggest slapping everything into Venoms where possible.

If I take an eldar allies, can I use two lightning reflexs in a turn?

You can use one Lightning Reflexes per phase, so technically four per turn.

What I meant was, in one shooting phase I can use the eldar one on a eldar unit and the de one on a de unit
So 2 per phase

Shadowseers can, take 1 unit of Skyweavers and 1 Shadowseer, cast Fog of Dreams and Veil of Tears, your 1 Skyweaver unit is now -3 to shoot,a nd now you have 2-6 HWC's, thats 2-6 D6 shots.

If two Stratagems have the same name, then GW ruled that they count as the same and can't both be used in the same phase.

Both the Craftworlds and Drukhari Stratagems have the same name "Lightning-Fast Reactions". That means you can only use once per phase, not once from each Codex per phase. Fire and Fade has the same limitation.

Fog of Dreams and Veil of Tears only affect Infantry units. You can still get a Troupe to -3 using them, though, because Harlequins also have access to Lightning-Fast Reactions.
