Two 1500 Point Lists

Fellow Archons:

After recently procuring another Venom for myself, I have thought about how I should best integrate it into my army. Here are two lists I have constructed. My general gaming environment favors MEQ armies but does not revile xenos, has but does not spam fliers, and tends to be foot oriented.

can't really go wrong with venoms against footsloggers. you outrange them by a mile, and you can move about alot so it usually will be great for that kind of meta.

more a fan of list #2 if you ask me because of the extra scoring unit.
Haemie to give pain token to someone and then bugger off?

list #2 is far superior. It gives you more shooting (even with the loss of the trueborn) and a deent counter-assault unit. I would use it.
