1500 list. Eldar allies. need to trim from 1708 pts. help!

I'm going to be in a 1500 Tournament and am having trouble narrowing my list. Wanted to get your opinions. I'm at 1708 pts.

This is what I have so far.

Few random comments:

Do you really need the Duke? There is no really good unit for him to join. What is the purpose of wych squads? They are too big to be expendable and too small to be good in cc. And razorflails are not optimal choice. Void Raven should have 2 missiles of a kind if any. Farseer needs runes of warding.

The Duke would join a wych squad. Not sure its optimal. Might be a good place for a points cut.
You could be right about the size of the other sqaud size not working one way or the other. As for the runes, i am trying to cut points.
