Dark eldar improved list

Hi there! So i've posted about a balanced DE list before, and i've got this one as a suggestion from curebdc. Can someone post feedback and suggestions on this list? What are some ways i can use them? The list is set for all comers play. Set @ 750 pts

HQ- succubus w/venom blade and haywire - 75pts (rolls w/ wyches)
T- 5x warriors w/blaster in VENOM w/2x splinter cannons - 125pts
T- 9x Wyches w/razorflail (highly recommend a shardnet tho) w/Haywire Grenades in RAIDER w/lance - 178pts
E- 3x T-born w/2x splinter cannons in VENOM w/2x splinter cannons w/night shields- 131pts
H- Ravager - 105pts
H- Ravager - 105pts

its not a bad list. I would personally drop the razorflail, succubus' haywires and the nightshields on the trueborn's venom for a Hekatrix w/ venom blade and phantasm Grenade Laucher. That gives defensive grenades for your squad, which gives you stealth within 8" charge through cover and you get a 3+~4+ coversave against overwatch. Very handy for wyches. Also she can take challenges for your succubus, so you dont have to fight anything you dont want too.
