| So I bought a pack of finecast Wracks today. 4/5 are perfect, but the fifth, as well as the weapon sprue are quite mangled. I'm going to tall customer service tomorrow, but does anybody have an experience with this sort of thing? | |

| There should be some sort of batch number on the packaging (which I hope you still have); which they'll typically ask for, shouldn't be hard to get it replaced. | |

| I would imagine they are fairly used to dealing with complaints of this nature. | |

| I have gotten replacement parts from them. They have a really nice customer service policy actually after the whole failcast incident. And even before that were very relax. Heck you might even get a whole new box (I know they did that for me when I had a problem with my metal incubi) | |

| Well, I just talked to Andrew, and he said he is going to replace the messed up mini and weapon sprue. Honestly, I hope they do send a whole box. This was my first finecast purchase, and I was not impressed. | |

| Well it all depends on whats easier for them to send. Someone at my shop ordered some Hydra's for Fantasy, and....after 3 different complaints about missing one of the head sprues...he has 3 different hydras, and not a full one....its humorous, but annoying.. | |
