My first 1500 pt. list

This is my first list any thoughts on how to make it more of a comp list?

HQ: Archon - Venom blade, Huskblade, ST, drugs, ghostplate, PGL, SF

Elite: 4 Incubi - with archon on venom

Troops: 5 warriors on venom w/ NS and SC X4

Fast Attack: 5 Scourge w/ either SC or HWB X2

Heavy Support: Ravager w/ shock prow, sails, NS X2
                     Razorwing w/ SC and 2 Necro missiles

Thoughts on how to make it more comp.  
My goal is to keep the archon and incubi as they are my favorite units otherwise im up for a revamp as I am new to this.

Why Venom- and Huskblade? Don't you want a Klaivex? Onslought might tip the tide of close combat.
And, but that is my view, the Bloodstone is very helpful.

It might not be competitive, but that is, what I want to know...

I can't decide on what would be better soul and husk or venom blade and something else. My main opponent will be eldar imperial guard and orks. I'm looking for something that makes sense and kinda want to stick to a venom spam list.
