Quick question, would Ladys Malys psyker defence stop GK powering their force weapons against her unit?

although i agree that the lady`s defence wont stop force weapons powering up, but does it stop force weapons instant kill?

Nope, it doesn't stop the force weapons instant kill. Only eternal warrior helps against ID.

That is a shame, had an idea for a Lady Malys/Grotesques deathstar unit for facing GK.

If she is riding in a vehicle will her defense work on her transport as well?

No, it only works on her and the unit she is with.

I thought transports were part of the unit since we need to field one with a unit.

No, the unit and transport are separate units.
