FIRST LIST, advice needed

Hi folks, I'm knew to DE, and I'd like some comments about my list.
I've yet play a game with something similar (wracks instead of bloodbrides and some different equipment) against my friend's Plague Marine, and I tabled him in turn 5!

QG

Lelith Hesperax
(I know that an Archon is better, but I love her too much)

Haemonculus with liquifier gun and venom blade


TROOP

10 Warriors with blaster and splinter cannon on a Raider with night shield and splinter racks

5 Wyches with hayware granades and hecatrix with granade launcher and venom blade on a Venom with night shield and second splinter cannon


ELITE

3 Bloodbrides with hydra gauntlet in Venom with nightshield and second splinter cannon (both QG go here)


FAST ATTACK

6 Reavers with 2 heat lance and 1 caltrops


HEAVY SUPPORT

Talos pain engine with liquifier gun and splinter cannon
(so slow but so scary for the enemy)


TOT 1.000 pts


The strategy is very simple: my objective in the middlefield and "fast forward" trying to hide beside cover and night. Lelith and 'brides take the paint token of the haemi and charge the best unit of the enemy (lelith AP1 granade and haemi liquifier gun can bring down a good number of models befor the charge).

What do you think? What is good? What is meh?
And which unit I culd use to expand my army to 1.500/1.750 points, considering i want for sure more reavers?
