Anyone made use of the Autarch to back up scourge squads?

Autarch +wings +fusion gun +pw +mandi 120pts
5 scourges 2x HeatLance Solarite with agoniser 164pts

gives them a much required wound shield, third shot and CC ability/survival with hammer of wrath.

a melta that hits on 2+ is also handy.

down sides ? positive points ?
