| We've been discussing this for quite sometime behind closed doors but we have decided to reveal our new plan: our Dark Eldar forum will now be becoming host to a Sisters of Battle section and a Comorragh/Sororitas forum. We're quite excited by this change and Eye has tons of cool Sisters graphics ready to come once we've finalised the designs. Looking forward to this and I hope you all are too.
Sky.

| As one of the early supporters of this decision, I can only agree in that this will be a great addition to our forum. It has been a long time in the making and I can't wait to finally see it done!
I can't even begin to imagine the awesomesauce of Eye's Sororitas designs!

| ......Why? Rachel?
I have no strong opinions either way, Deldar and sisters just seems an odd combination, beyond them being the two sterotypical "girlie" armies.

Not really, hell there are even sisters of battle models in the Dark Eldar range: - Quote :
- However, being a prisoner for some means little in the way of labour and many hours of boredom - perhaps on the deck of a Raider or Ravager whilst waiting for further punishment. Hence these two chained ladies can be seen reclining back, exposing their muscled figures - and with very little to protect their modesty. Though of little practical use on the battlefield, you might even consider using them as Pain Tokens or Objective Markers.
Notice the fleur de lis on here shoulder. Sisters have been serving Archons for millennia! The dark eldar and sisters of battle are often tied together in the background stories and the fluff. My kabal is big on rescuing sisters. They are after all our only official pain token/objective markers.

| Terrific idea - love the thought of a DE SoB mash-up and this move can only help with my fevered ideas. | |

| If the OP was an American I'd claim an April Fool's Day joke.. Assuming no joke is being played I have to say that SOB make for an odd combination of armies to feature. Also I thought the slaves board created a dedicated space to post about the other races. | |

| Yeah at first I believed it as well and posted "Why?", but as soon as I realized that it in fact hadn't been discussed behind clised curtains, I understood and edited in "Ah". Being part of the game is more fun though, hence my reply above. | |

| My first army was renegade marines, led by a female captain, with plenty of women amongst the squads. My fluff background for them was a captured Sisters force, the survivors of whom were augmented and trained in the gladiatorial arenas of Commorragh.
My new DE army even has the same model for my SM Captain, Warmachine's Commander Sorscha, as a Hekatrix.
Imagine my delight on hearing of a joint Sisters-Dark Eldar forum! A custom-made forum for me!
Rot in a cesspit, Sky Serpent!

| Bahahahah! Nice one guys! You almost got me. ....though I have to admit, I wouldn't mind having a SoB army. Like DE, I loved their imagery and looks/fluff. But not right now, not with the current state of their army. DE is already a toughie. | |
