My 1500/2000 pts army list

I have a tendency of making army lists that scale, which is to say they are built to scale from one points to 500 pts higher. In this case is is 1500 and 2000 pts respectively.

Here is the list:

I feel like I have it pretty well set up so that I can have infantry killing infantry, and vehicles killing vehicles, with the exception of the jet bikes. But those lances are just too good to pass up. I can also admit to adding Harlequins purely because the models are fantastic. In the case of the rest of the army it is hopefully competitive. C&C welcome!

Needs a lot of work, imo. Just a few quick things off the top of my head:

1 - Point values for reavers is wrong. They're 78 each.
2 - I'd combine those reavers into 1 unit.
3 - All your units are trying to do too much. Specialize them:
a. drop the blaster from the wyches - give agonizer or drop hekatrix.
b. drop the venom blade and djin blade from the archon
c. drop bloodstone from incubi
d. add a wrack to the 9 man squad, with a liquifier, or drop 4 wracks to open 40 points
e. drop the blaster from the warrior squad with splinter racks in their raider
f. I'd drop the harlies unless you have some plan to use them effectively.
g. Add some ravagers. You don't have much AT.
h. get a transport for your other liquifier wracks

To be honest, the list needs so much optimization that it may be better to start over from scratch, keeping in mind what you want your army to do well.

Haemonculi armies are good at venom spam, since you can buy troops units for 30 each, then an upgraded venom for 65. That's 95 points per wrack-filled venom. 570 pts for 6 of them. 3 Ravagers for 315 pts. And your 50 points for your Haemonculus before upgrades. That's 935 points, and is a good foundation to build your 1500/2000 point army on top of. Good luck.
