step up tournament list

This list is basically me making my latest army list i was trying out to work for this tournament I am in.You start out one week with 500 pt list then next week will be 750 and then 1000 and finally 1500. You play 3 games each day. For 500 and 750 pts you have restrictions of the following

no double units of troop choices. (so no multiples)

only 1 heavy

no named characters

and some other restrictions of which I cant remember right now

After that the 1000 and 1500 pt lists have no restrictions. The catch is, you HAVE to use the same army and build it all the way up to 1500 pts. You can't take away things from guys but you can add things which makes it kind of tricky. I will be playing a bit of everything. This is just a friendly tourny with only a 5 dollar buy in just to make it competitive and worth while. Got to have a prize if your having tourny.

Ill start off with my 1500 pt list that I made (had to tailor later to make it work due to the restrictions at lower pts and having to keep the list you start.)

I wanted the grotesques to get the +1 st from having Urien like I do with my normal 1500 pt list that i have been trying to make and perfect. (2 games so far with it, both destroyed the opponent.) but not being able to take him at the beginning and having to take the hammy instead hurt that with the rest of my points i needed.
