great list well thought out with a nice mix, however i can't help but think your a little light on anti tank weapons.

so i would also have scourges with haywire blasters and your wyches with haywire grenades instead of hellions. if you were thinking about using razorwings as tank hunters i would say that your list is well thought out and has all the necessary to be a great army, but remember they come on from reserve and not necessarily on the second turn.

Now you need to put it too the test .

You can only put 9 wyches with lelith in a raider. And how you have the trueborn decked out??? IMHO, I won't take hellions without baron, they die too quick. And I agree about the razor wings, not so sure about it as it leaves ALL of your vehicles to get shot at first turn if you go 1st. Nice to have a ravager on the board turn one. If your opponent knows our army, he won't let lelith get close to you which means she's taking a wound and the rest of your wyches are pretty much gone. I think your army is a little fragile not to have AT in play first turn. Remember our vehicles are only AV 10. He could just Bolter fire you to death.

And what's this point level at? That is important to know too. And have you out any upgrades on your vehicles?
