Here is my Kabal, its a bit too 5th edition for me, but I think it will hold up well vs all but Necron Airforce. If someone puts more than 1 helldrake on the board it could hurt as well I think.

I don't like 'spam' lists personally, but each to their own.

I find Scourges sitting behind an ADL rather odd. Is it just because it's the easiest way to get 4 more DLs? Don't forget that the 6 Shard Carbines are likely to be wasted.

With all those Blasters and Ravagers, I'm not sure you need the extra DLs anyway (depending, of course, on who you're up against).

I'd be more inclined to use blasters or hwb's on the scourges. They're cheaper, synergize with the shard carbines better and allow the scourges to utilize their mobility. You can still keep the baron out front to tank shots as well.

Maybe swap out one of the warrior squads for a min unit of wracks to man that lascannon.

Those two changes and dropping the shock prows on the ravagers might give you room for maybe a min unit of reavers.
