New player 1000 points

I'm a Sisters of Battle player who has been picking up the new Dark Eldar models here and there just because they're hot and I've finally collected enough to field an army on the tabletop. The models in this list were chosen based on their aesthetics, not their strategics, though I've tried to do my research to make this list competitive.

Any feedback is appreciated. My opponents are usually Marines (Loyalist and Chaos), Imperial Guard, Tau, Orks and Necrons.

first off i say the shredders are not worth it for the scourges i would say haywire blaster or just the regular blaster. the shredder messes with your range and you have to get a lot closer then you need to be. hellions are cool and all but i think they ar better off with the baron, alone there meh... they die easy and dont pack a punch. they can be very good harassers if you play them right moving in the outskirts or the board. otherwise i say change em. for the talos i say haywire blaster or the stinger pod for him, your walking the whole way and its going to get fired at a lot so you might not get the chance to use that heat lance at all. you might be a little light on the AT also

In regards to Haywire Blasters: As long as I hit the vehicle using my BS, does rolling the die for the haywire effect still work even if the AV is more than 10?
