New Player 1000 Points Help

Hello everybody, I'm new to 40k and I've decided (as you might have guessed) that I want to play DE, I just need help on building a decent list before I go out and buy any models. This is what I have managed to put together with a little bit of research.

Critiques and comments please!

seems a decent enough shooty list to me, but you have nothing for melee, against some armies you will benefit from a few cc items (I like the venomblades as cheap upgrades, really helps with the MC's)

Archon could do with some sort of save or a str6 will ID him.

Quite a small amount of anti-tank too, if you play vs mech'd armies I would use lances on the raiders instead of dissies, you have enough poison to hit troops
