| Subject: Passengers shooting, then Vehicule Flat Out? Tue Jul 30 2013, 20:45 | |
| Is the following legit or not?
Movement Phase: 1. My Raider moves by 6" 2. Passengers prepare their weapons quietly on board
Shooting Phase: 1. I declare shooting with the passengers 2. I declare Flat out with the Raider 3. I resolve all the passengers shootings normally 4. The Raider cannot shoot as it will Flat Out 5. I move the Raider 18"
but at page 426 of the BRB, the table states that if a vehicule Flat Out passengers cannot shoot. I think I miss something in the above simulation. Is this because "shooting" and "moving during shooting phase" are resolved simultaneously ? (so passengers cannot shoot as they are already far away!)

| From the rule book FAQ
Q: If a Transport vehicle has a unit embarked upon it, and that unit makes a shooting attack, can the vehicle then move Flat Out in the same Shooting phase? (p78) A: No
