1850 list - all comers for tournament

I'm headed to a tournament in September that requires a fully painted list. If anyone has feedback on the following it would be appreciated. I may be able to tweak wargear, or minor changes, but the list is essentially fixed due to the painting requirement. I realize the list isn't ideal, but looking for input on maximizing use if what's there. Thanks in advance.

8 Incubi, no upgrades, raider, no upgrades

10 Wyches, haywire, raider, no upgrades
5 Wyches, haywire, Succubus with Agonizer and haywire, raider, no upgrades
5 Wyches, haywire, Venom, two cannons, night shield
10 warriors with cannon.
10 warriors with cannon
5 warriors, blaster, venom, two cannons, night shield

6 reavers, 2 cluster caltrops

Ravager, dissies, shield, flicker field
Ravager, dark lance, shield, flicker field

9 dire Avengers, Spiritseer, Wave Serpent, scatter lasers, Shuriken cannon, holo-field

I would drop the flicker fields and night shields and use the points to bump up your reavers or your wyches. Night shields are a lot less effective in hybrid lists like this one (as your opponent will just shoot the models without night shields instead, unlike when everything has night shields where some units will miss out on shooting completely).

I'd consider putting Enhanced Sails on your Incubi's raider. You can deploy your raider way back and still make it upfield this way.

Maybe bring 2 units of 4 incubi in raiders. Eight Incubi in a unit sounds like an insane number, lol. But could be fun.

Spiritseer is pretty solid. I ran one in a recent tournament, and I think he's a solid choice. I recommend rolling on telepathy at least once, as all the powers are amazing, and if you get invisibility - you can cast it on your wave serpent. :-)

Sails are a good idea. I didn't think about that. Or a seer with telepathy. I'll have to read through those powers.

I've found with 8 Incubi that they take a lot of fire and usually only have 3-4 when I get to a second assault. I've also wondered about adding a ham to the unit. Dropping to 6 guys and a Ham instead of 8 Incubi.

The small warrior squad is bot quite painted yet, so maybe I'll tinker with a venom and a small squad of Incubi and the raider with a small squad as well.
