This is okay, though I personally think for solid competitive play an Archon is a little 'meh' for what he gives you. You're basically obligated to buy this guy just to help your Incubi and he's costing more than 5 Warriors w. Blaster in a Raider w. Flickerfield all by himself...is that really a value? Is his offensive punch really worth it? We'll get to the Incubi - but note that the *only* reason he's really needed is for the Incubi.

I'm pretty 'meh' about paying 50 points for a kill point and a pain token, especially since in 1/6 of all games (which is probably about once a tournament, or once every other tournament, depending how many rounds you play) you're basically wasting the points. I'd strongly advise getting Liquifiers on them.

Why 4 guys but only 3 blasters? The extra ablative wound isn't worth it - if the vehicle explodes you're probably going to take a leadership test regardless, and will still be risking a blaster - if the vehicle doesn't explode then there's absolutely no point to him. You have better uses for these points...like a Liquifier. Or, frankly, free up points and get 4 Blasters in there.
Grisly Trophies are a waste - usually when you need them is after a vehicle wrecks/explodes and at that stage you don't have them unless there's another vehicle next to them and...meh...I'd just drop them. Our leadership isn't shabby for Morale checks.

Again, GT are useless to my mind, and are just burning points, you could probably afford a Blaster or two liquifiers with all these GTs, and would be better off for it.
I personally think Incubi are a little pricey for what they provide - I think you're better off using Wyches or shooting (for 4 Incubi you can basically afford 6 Wyches, one a Hek w. Agoniser...so, 12 power weapon attacks or 4 power weapon attacks and 15 regular attacks all affected by a drug...which is better? Debatable, ain't it? And one of them is a scoring unit and doesn't need an Archon expense to get a PGL - for the cost of that Archon with PGL you can get the Wyches a Raider, a Hame w. Liquifier, and some more Wyches and Haywire grenades...now who is better?)
I'd probably drop the Incubi, personally. At the very least understand the actual cost of the unit and realize you're getting a very specialized option here.

Fast Attack slots should probably never be filled until you've filled your Troops.
For the same cost I can get 5 Warriors, w. Blaster, in a Raider w. FFs. Guess what is probably better, faster, and tougher? Guess what can multi-target? Guess what can start on the board and help your alpha strike as opposed to cowering in the DS pool and hoping they drop in okay. I would avoid FA until you've filled Troops - besides Beastmasters there is nothing in that FA slot that a Troop unit can't do as well or better for less or equal points - and then they're a scoring unit too.

GT are a waste.
I'm okay with this, though I think you'd be better served by 5 Warriors and a Shredder (or if you free the points, a Blaster)
Basically it would be the same cost (more with Blaster) and would have shooting which, to my mind, is a safer bet than assaulting with a 5 man squad. It's a value call - I think you have enough assault already - if you like assault you can keep them just fine though, this is a minor niggle.

Blah, blah, GTs, blah, blah.
Overall like this. I'd probably drop the Shardnet, but that's a value call up to you. Minor niggle.

This is an anti-infantry tool.
To my mind you have too many of those already - Wyches, Wracks, Venoms, Incubi, yadda, yadda, yadda. Yeah, the Razorwing can serve dual purpose, but you could easily free up 40 points by fielding a Ravager instead, and have a more focused piece of anti-tank, which I think you need. With the freed points from that, the Scourges, the useless Trueborn, and the Incubi and Archon, you could easily afford maybe another full brace of Wyches + another Trueborn or 2 additional Troop slot options, or something. I'd like to see more Troops and more shooting capability on the board, DE need to hit with an overwhelming amount of shooting/assault within the first two rounds because we do not last long.

- The Idea is to use the Archon and Incubi to be a hammer unit. Trueborn to tank hunt. The two squad of wyches to tarpit or finish weakened units. The Ravagers to tank hunt as well. Razorwing to zip around to kill infantry. The wracks and warriors to sit on objectives and do what they can.. Which I know that this won't go 100% as planned.
I advise against trying to 'sit' on anything. Focus on killing then flat out for objectives if you need to.
Other than that not a bad general plan.
Hope that helps,
Thor.
