So that Cauldron of Blood....

I told myself I wouldn't jump on the dark elf bandwagon for conversions, the hipster in me said everybody would be doing it so I shouldn't. Then I saw that Cauldron dual kit...I don't know where to start.

Decent sized dark Avatar for Eldar allies, check. Badass Slyth model, check. Totally rad barbed gauntlet like the old school agonizer, check. Plus you get the actual titular cauldron with that "atlas" style statue underneath it to make a pretty awesome terrain piece or throw it on a Raider if you're feeling frisky.

Anybody else excited for this? I think for what you can get out of it the pricetag is...exactly worth it. Kits are expensive nowadays but I think the finecast equivalents of the above mentioned projects would come it to just about as much as they're asking for this thing.

I am definitely eyeing it for conversion potential. Looks like a *lot* of good bits on it.

Same here. The Avatar is either going to be a statue for some Eldar scenery, or a real Avatar. I'm definitley getting the Wych box to mix into my army as well. As for the Sslyth looking lady, she's going to be a Slaanesh Demon Prince(ss) for sure!

Yeah, I was eyeing her for my Daemons of Slaanesh as well.
I will agree to liking the Wyches also, much more akin to my idea of what DEldar Wyches should look like than the current line.

Yup, I'll be picking one up for sure, though I'm probably going to to actually use it in a Dark Elves army. I had been planning on painting an army up after my Dark Eldar are done(CLOSE!). New models actually make that a must-do. Extra bits will be my 40k objective markers
