I would drop the Casket of Fleshing and the Venom Blade. I do not like the Wyches they seem kind of just there. So I would drop them and add 3 Reavers with a Heat Lance and Add to your Old Hammi an Agoniser.

So:
-Venom Blade
-Casket of Fleshing
-Wyches with Haywire Grenades and Venom with Splinter Cannon
Total: 130

+Agonsier
+3 Reavers with Heat Lance and CC
Total: 118

There again, I do not play with Eldar allies so I probably am not going to be much help. I just see those Reavers running around destroying things or flying over infantry units to great effect.
