| Note: I'm stuck with the Haemonculus as an HQ (We're not allowed to switch) and we have a max of 2 troops, 1 fast attack. We're playing on 4x3 boards, with average to above average area terrain coverage.
HQ: Haemonculus Power Sword Liquifier Gun
Troops: Warrior x9 Warrior w/ Splinter Cannon
Dedicated Transport: Raider Splinter Racks
Warrior x9 Warrior w/ Splinter Cannon
Dedicated Transport: Raider Splinter Racks
Fast Attack: Hellions x15

| If possible, drop the Haemy's power sword and the splinter racks and get Blasters in the two Warrior Squads. Anti-Tank is always nice to have and the splinter racks are a little pricey for what they do. 15 Hellions can surely ruin someone's day at this points value. | |

| I'm not that stressed about vehicles, as only ones that are allowed are from Fast Attack (which I think only allows flyers and some AV 10 (Vipers / Rhinos / Razor backs) which I think I will assault with the hellions if I can't shoot them down with the DLances. | |

| I would suggest a Talos but since Heavy is off limits, that won't work. Reavers could work pretty well, but I reckon the Hellion mob will murder most stuff anyway..... | |

| So I've removed one of the splinter cannons, and taken out the weapons on the Haemi. I think I'll use the Haemie solely for the pain token to give to the Hellion mob. With the extra points, I've given the mob a PGL since terrain is so heavy. | |

| PGL on a big squad of Hellions is rarely a bad call. On the other hand, the Liquefier might be worth keeping, since it can be very destructive with a good AP roll. | |

| Edited this to remove the individual point costs. http://www.thedarkcity.net/t5-the-dark-city-forum-rules-please-read The relevant rule is Rule #7...also #6, apparently, because we listed it twice. Go figure Yadda, yadda, yes, GW is crazy, but at the same time, read the rules yourself and spare me the time spent editing posts. Regards, Thor. | |

| So I had my escalation battles. Let's say this list owned face. There's so many splinter shots, and due to the shortened board sizes we were playing on (4x3), everything shot first turn. In the end I only lost the Hellions because they got into combat with Marnius. | |
