500 pts Cult list with a little shooty help

I came up with an idea of creating myself a Wych Cult Army with a little help of Splinterborns.
So to the list now:

What do u think of it, i would love to hear some opinions about the list,
I'm usually facing Footy CSM with cultists, Footy eldars with spiders, and propably im goin to fight with some tyranids.

Trueborn venoms are always win.
With your reavers, though, you've tacked on a lot of upgrades to a unit with only 3 wounds.
And as for the wyches; decent build, but there are a few problems. First, you have only 1 heat lance for AT in this list so I'd suggest haywire grenades.
2nd, 9 wyches in a Raider that explodes is ~ 7 dead wyches. Check THIS out, it's a comprehensive detailing of wyches, succubi, hekatrix and raiders by some of the experienced archons on the forums.
3rd, and most importantly, you only have 1 troop choice in this list, which makes it illegal unless you're playing with some rules I'm unaware of.

Im playing the combat patrol rules, so i dont expect many Tanks or walkers as their summed armour can only be 33. so i think that 1 heat lance is enough, about wyches in raiders, is it better to put 4 with succubus in venom than, if i am rather goin for melee with them. HW grenades, i just dont know how to find points for them with the things i put in this list
