New member of Dark City: 750 point list

Hi,

I'm a new DE player (I played 2 40k games yet). I spent a lot of time in your forum to learn the basics, but now I need advices on this list.

We have a friendly 750 pts game against Nekrons in march (no Flyers, no Allies). He owns a battleforce, a second ghost ark, a C'tan, some characters and maybe a surprise or two.

I'm a big fan of the Talos (awesome model, and he was my MVP in my 2 first games) so I tried to include it the list

Haemonculi (warlord) with vb and liquifier
raider with spliter racks and ns

4 haywire wyches + vb hekatrix
Venom + ns + dual SC

4 haywire wyches + vb hekatrix
Venom + ns + dual SC

DL Ravager + ns

Talos + twin liquifier + twin Heat lance

746 pts

battle plan:
- every unit can harm infantry or armor
- haemi fnp protects from an early raider explosion
- lots of ns to stay out of range
- 2 vb hekatrix to add punch in assault if needed

any comments are welcome

Hi again,

I think I'll try a haywire blaster instead of the heat lance on the Talos as I fear he wont be able to get to melta range with the arks. Does anybody had succes with it?

How do you guys deal with nekrons warriors? Loads of splinter fire, dissies or assault?
