is there a nice interaction between deep strike (Sliscus???) and a webway portal list?
Like having 2 haemie webway carriers (with or without venom) deploying via deep strike to launch the webway in the opponent deployment zone. This way the webway portal is well placed and hard to counter. Thow a dark gate just for fun as the haemie won't last long
I guess the problem is the other reserve units wont be able to join via the webway before turn 3.

It's very, very hard to see how this could work. By the time your deep striking WWP carriers arrive and are able to deploy the portals you would expect to already have the majority of your reserves on the table. In order to get WWP to work you really need to have them in position turn 1.

I just had a thought. Can we infiltrate somebody with a WWP together with a unit of mandrakes?

Not officially no, as according to the rules there's no way to join a non-infiltrating character to a unit with Infiltrate before the game other than in reserve.
