| Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone has ran or had luck running, the 40k approved Forgeworld Dark Eldar Tantalus in a tournament scene? I know the cost of the model is a bit steep and the armor values are not that huge of a boost, but it is a pretty model and I want to run one in tournaments that are coming up.
What is everyone's opinion on this?

| I really like the tantalus, my biggest issue with it is due to the model size your deployment of it is key to stop it being popped turn 1 but the grot bomb works really well with it and makes a large mess of of whatever you throw it at. The 12 AP2 shots are pretty awesome as well. I think it could work in a tourney but the list would definitely have to be built to support it. | |

| I was thinking of 7 Grots w/1 haemonculi and maybe Lady Malys. Can't hurt right?
1 haem with a crucible
the Tantalus with Torment Grenade launchers.
