2000Pts Darklight wyches

This is most likely my armylist i will take to a big tournament here in sweden in a couple of months. What do you guys think?

I personally think +1 Wych is better than +1 Hydra Gauntlet (specifically looking at that third squad)

2 Wyches on the assault is 6 attacks.
1 Wych with Hydra Gauntlets is 3-8.
Only 33% of the time will the Gauntlet actually give you more attacks. 50% of the time you'll have less.

So the two Wyches gives you +1 wound to allocate out before threatening your Agoniser, +1 Haywire Grenade in assault, and a guaranteed roll of 4 on you "hydra gauntlet'

Other than that I like the list, no complaints, I think it'll do fine.

Yeah i could make that third unit a man stronger but not those other cause i wanna join with haemy so i get FnP but i will make that change in the 8man unit

I like this list alot, it is similar to ones I've been making lately although I try to squeeze as many points out of my units as I can as Wyches can get away with only being 7 deep & only having Hekatrix w/ Agonizer & Haywire Grenades, and I don't use shock prows, & I try to keep my Trueborn units at 4. Although we have similar playstyles, I think I can learn from your list, let us know how the tournament goes!

I didn't want to push you into the direction of using special characters (some people don't like it) but that's what I use those points I squeeze out for! I'd bring him if only to seize on a 4+, going first is critical to the game plan I use.
I agree however that you could do better things with the 150pts. The Duke is one option, or bringing another scoring unit like the warriors/venom squads. I'm trying out Scourges w/ Haywires which are 130 for 'ard boyz or beastmasters. I think that there are many better options because once the wyches jump off their raider & into combat, the Haemonculi turn into 50pts standing around doing nothing. At least I would drop one to give the other two Liquifier Guns and Shattershard or a Web Way Portal, paying 50pts to give Vect's unit FNP is a bit too much as he'll be getting it soon enough on his own anyways!

Those haemys are very important there is nothing more depressing tha lossing a raider and 5 wyches die in that crash or get a volly of bolter fire and getting wiped.

astorre: U didnt push me in that direction i have always wanted to see what vect could do. And why would i want a WWP in this army ?

Next game i will try this same list and see how it performs then.

So i guess the last game doesnt tell you much about how the list really performs if i'm correct? He had 1 land raider left that was pretty messed up or so right krucke?

I really like the Vect build here. I think even if you invest a lil more points into HQ's it might be worth it. You have really the potential to hit hard.

No that game didnt tell me that much about how it perfomed, But it can kill termies thats for sure
