7th ed Psychic Phase and Mechanic vs. DE

Well, since noone is discussing this yet, I would like to know your opinions on the rumours that have been floating around the web on the subject of the 7th ed Psychic Phase and Powers.

In my opinion, the DE, as they are now are pretty screwed... :-D

With a bit of hype, everything points to the further supremacy of Eldar, summoning of Bloodthirsters everywhere and with Unbound armies, we could see such ugliness like full Eldar Warlocks list... Tons of Wyrdwane Psykers trading very cheap psykers for Greater Daemons, etc...

How do the wisest of archons see this?
