I've been looking for the same without much luck either. It is a tough tactica to put down on paper due to the endless number of variables.
As far as reserves go, I would search around for when to utilize reserves. I personally don't like to use it because that is just more turns that my units are not on the board being effective. But on the other hand, using it correctly, can really limit the effectiveness of your opponent's alpha strike. In my mind this is highly dependent on what army you are facing and the list that they have brought to the table. Concerning deep striking, try searching for Duke Sliscus tactics. Most people tend to utilize him to maximize their deep strike effectiveness. Maybe also try searching for webway portal tactics as well. That is also a good way to utilize reserves. You may have to take some older 5th/6th edition tactics and modify them to fit into the 7th edition play style though.
There are some good topics on positional planning that I have read. Can't find the links or remember where I saw them (probably here). If you are deploying first, many people suggest that DE should deploy primarily in the middle of your deployment zone to allow you to react appropriately to any kind of enemy deployment. Again, with this strategy, you'll need to be aware of your opponent, and avoid bunching up too tightly if he has multiple blast templates.
Also, it has been said to avoid isolating one single unit. I can't think of anything that we have that can hold a flank on its own.
I'm really curious to see if anybody can come up with some actual links as well.
