Hi,

Thought i would do the right thing and make my first post my introduction, so here it goes....

I'm ispa and i am addicted to plastic crack.
So what better way to support that addiction then to start a new army of space drug lords/pirates.

I have played WHF for a few years now with a little over 3k of Ogres.
As the local WHF scene is dying off i am looking towrds WH40k which has seen a ressurgence lately due to 7th ed.

Still yet to purchase a 40k army but am using some local club members older DE models for a trial run. On first sight of the models i was hooked. they look awesome and i must paint them. As stated above i also play Ogres in WHF so i wanted a polar opposite playstyle to them something along the lines of a WE hit and run or a dark elf style glass cannon. Pretty sure i have picked the army that is exactly both of these.

I will be posting up some army lists which i am struggling to round out (45pts left over) would appreciate all the help i can get.

Well I don't know if there are nicer models in the range than Dark eldar. they sure hit the sweet spot with em. Sleek, deadly, razorsharp looking vessels, evil, otherworldly flame i nthe hands of the Mandrakes, Monstrous minageries the likes of which the galaxy has never witnessed, the ridiculously cool looking Talos, and evil, wicked looking blades for every Incubi. I mean: they are everything Chaos Space marines aspire to be.

If you download VASSAL, you can actually field and play around with vcarious builds to see how they look on an actual battlefield.
