I was wondering if there were sites similar to this one for other Armies? Specifically Space Marines and Necron

The bolter and chainsword is the only one I know of. It ccvers all the imperial factions

Google it, try them and see! Many years ago I was on http://w11.zetaboards.com/Necrontyr_Online/index/ but I haven't visited for years. Bolter and Chainsword was my first favourite forum: like TheDarkCity, it is very well moderated for flaming, trolling, bad language, bad grammar etc., DakkaDakka and BoLS are awful!
